Court Once Again Makes It Clear, Consensual Sex While In A Relationship Cannot Be Termed Rape After Breakup

In several cases of late, courts across the country have stated that an act of consensual sex between a couple in a relationship cannot be termed as rape after they break up.

Courts have also noted that educated women in a premarital relationship cannot claim rape after the relationship breaks even if the consensual sex was on the promise of marriage.
