With thousands of workers from northern Indian states of UP and Bihar leaving Gujarat in wake of violence against them, the Gujarat government has started their bit to persuade people from not living the state.

The slew of violent incidents has been reported in various districts of the state after the rape of a 14-year-old girl by a migrant from Bihar.
