WWE and Fox have agreed in principle to a deal that will send WWE Smackdown to Fox Network, according to an ESPN report. TheWrap.com is reporting it is slated to move to Friday nights. WWE”s current TV deal to air both Raw and Smackdown on USA Network expired in September 2019. TheHollywood Reporter, which was leading with news on this story last week, reports the deal is worth $205 per year for five years – that is more than $1 billion in total – or roughly 4 million per episode.
