According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, Tommaso Ciampa captured the WWE NXT Championship from Aleister Black at tonight’s WWE NXT taping in Winter Park, Florida:

Ciampa, 33 years old, is the 14th competitor to hold the title.  He signed with WWE in 2015 and his feud with Johnny Gargano has been one of the highlights of the last year, not just in NXT but in all of professional wrestling.
