Angers have already been active in the market, more so than any other Ligue 1 club. Following the signings of Yahia Fofana (21), Himad Abdelli (22), and Miha Blazic (29), the club are looking to dip back into the market.
Their next two recruits follow the youthful trend that has thus far defined their transfer window. According to L’Équipe, Sarajevo right-back Sabanovic is set to join on a three-year deal. His “combative” style is reportedly much appreciated by manager Gérald Baticle.
The club are also hoping to finalise a deal for young Caumont. The Marseille academy product wasn’t retained by Marseille at the end of last season and is therefore set to sign his first professional contract at Angers. The defensive midfielder has made appearances for the French U16 side.
