OGC Nice forced to shut down training centre with 12 COVID-19 cases confirmed

On Tuesday Ligue 1 side OGC Nice announced that they had been forced to shut down their training centre and cancel all training sessions in an attempt to quell a major COVID-19 outbreak within the club.

On Monday, at least 12 members of the playing and coaching staff tested positive for COVID-19.

In a communiqué, Les Aiglons have announced that they hope to reopen the training centre once a new round of PCR tests have been undertaken at the beginning of next week.
