L’Équipe report that West Ham United have reached a €25m agreement with Toulouse for the signing of 21-year-old defender Issa Diop.

Sevilla are also interested, but seemingly only willing to pay €15m. Diop is set to join the Hammers on a 5-year-deal and is expected in London next week to complete a move.
