Speaking to our colleagues at RMC, representatives of French international defensive midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia moved to deny reports written in L’Équipe this morning that suggested that talks were ongoing between the two parties about a possible winter transfer.

“We would like to make clear, concerning the supposed interest from Olympique de Marseille for Geoffrey, that absolutely no contact has been made with any representative of this club. Today, Geoffrey is an Inter Milan and player and even if we were to think about a departure for him, it would not be in favour of such a project.”
