Despite six years by the side of one of Hollywood’s most in-demand tattoo artists, actress Lake Bell only just recently let her husband, Scott Campbell, give her some ink.

On Wednesday, Campbell revealed his wife’s new tattoo (her first!) on Instagram. “After six years on the waiting list… finally sat down with my favorite client ever… @lakebell,” Campbell joked alongside a photo of Bell’s shoulders, which now bear matching geometric shapes.

Upon closer inspection, the names of the couple’s two children—3-year-old daughter, Nova, and 5-month-old son, Ozzi— are incorporated subtly into the designs. Nova now sits permanently atop her left shoulder, and Ozzi on her right.

Over the course of his career, Campbell has inked a who’s-who of Hollywood A-listers out of his New York City studio, including Sting, Robert Downey, Jr., Justin Theroux, Courtney Love, Orlando Bloom and Josh Hartnett.

We’re sure he’s thrilled to finally be able to add Bell to that list.
