Shannen Doherty’s battle with breast cancer is far from over. After taking her fans through the emotional process of shaving her head last week, the Charmed actress returned to Instagram on Monday with an update on her treatment and a shout-out to her support system while her husband, photographer Kurt Iswarienko, travels for work.

“Thank you to these three who helped me thru an impossibly tough day and continue to be there every minute supporting and loving me,” Doherty, 45, captioned a black-and-white photo (above) of herself with her newly shaved head surrounded by her mother and her two close friends, real estate broker Chris Cortazzo and model Anne Marie Kortright. “@kurtiswarienko was in Mexico working but knew he left me in good hands. @annemkortright @chriscortazzo #mamarosa I love you. #mycrew #thisisasquad”

After revealing her diagnosis in August 2015, Doherty has been very open about her battle with cancer. In a candid interview with Dr. Oz in February, the actress revealed that she’s prepared to have a mastectomy if it comes to that.

“Ultimately, they’re just breasts right?” she said. “I mean, I love them, they’re mine, they’re beautiful, but in the grand scheme of things, I would rather be alive and I would rather grow old with my husband.”
