Kenya MP Returns To Aurangabad After 30 Years To Repay Rs 200 He Borrowed When He Was A Student

Kashinath Gawli, a Maharashtra man in his 70s was left emotionally touched when an MP from Kenya came at his doorstep in Aurangabad after 30 years to repay his debt of Rs 200. The MP had taken the money 30 years back.

Richard Tong’i, the MP from the Nyaribari Chache constituency was a management studies student at a local college in Aurangabad during 1985-89. When Richard left for Kenya, he couldn’t pay an outstanding debt he owed to Gawli, who used to run a grocery shop in the Wankhedenagar locality where Richard stayed.Click Here: State of Origin Jerseys
