Beating all odds, Jagtap Kiran Suresh, 29, made it to the Indian Forest Service (IFS) in 2016 after continuously chasing his dream for five-years.
Hailing from a nondescript village called Vangudi near Pune, Jagtap’s father Suresh —a traffic sub-inspector with Maharashtra police — has never been unsure of his son’s success. “His love for detective books has showed from early years that his mind was focused on solving problems. And here he is today, ready to solve the problems of world. I am a very proud father,” he said in Marathi.
