Union External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, arguably one of the most popular ministers in the Narendra Modi cabinet has ruled herself out from contention in the General Elections in 2019.

“I have made up my mind not to contest the next elections,” said the 66-year-old said in Indore, which is set to go to polls.
