In a rather bizarre incident, Delhi Police has allegedly refused to arrest a 19-year-old girl who was accused of raping a woman.

According to the police complaint filed by the 25-year-old woman, she was sodomised “using a sex toy” and subjected her to “continuous cruelty” by a 19-year-old girl.
