Less than a week after the season two premiere of El Rey Network’s popular Lucha Libre wrestling series “Lucha Underground,” El Rey Network along with Emmy Award®-winning producer Mark Burnett and MGM have announced a third season to begin production immediately in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. Season two of the action-packed, character-driven series that Rolling Stone touted as “a wrestling program unlike any other” currently airs on Wednesdays at 8:00pm ET/PT on El Rey Network.
