2/4 WWE SmackDown Live Road to WrestleMania House Show Results from Grand Forks, ND

– It was originally advertised to be AJ vs Ambrose vs Miz for the WWE World Title
but with Cena beating AJ last Sunday at the Rumble for his 16th World Title reign,
this past week they changed it to an IC Title Match. Orton nor Cena were advertised
for this card.

Match 1) Bray Wyatt defeated Luke Harper following a Sister Abigail. Bray of was
really over with crowd during his entrance and throughout the match.

Match 2) Rhyno & Heath Slater defeated The Ascension when Rhyno pinned Viktor after
hitting the Gore. Breezeango defeated Rhyno & Heath Slater when Fandango pinned
Heath. American Alpha defeated Breezeango following the Grand Amplitude on Tyler.
American Alpha defeated The Usos following a Grand Amplitude on Jey to retain their
SmackDown Tag Titles in a Tag Team Turmoil Match. Plenty of action with Alpha being
over with the crowd.

Match 3) Baron Corbin defeated Kalisto following the End of Days. This went back and
fourth a bit and Baron played his good heel role as usual. Afterward, Curt Hawkins
came out and challenged a beaten down Kalisto to match.

Match 4) Kalisto defeated Curt Hawkins following the Salida Del Sol in a quick match.

Match 5) Naomi & Natalya defeated SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and
Carmella (w/James Ellsworth) when Naomi pinned Alexa. Natty turned her back on Naomi
and left near the end of the match.

Match 6) Mojo Rawley defeated Aiden English.

Match 7) Dolph Ziggler defeated Apollo Crews followed by hitting the Super Kick.
Dolph played his full heel persona during this one.

Match 8) Dean Ambrose defeated The Miz (w/Maryse) and AJ Styles to retain his
Intercontinental Title in a Triple Threat Match following the Dirty Deeds on Miz.
Solid main event with lots of action and Ambrose was the fan favorite and Styles
received a good reaction while Miz had the most heat.
