WATCH: Samoa Joe Attacks WWE Star in Smackdown Live Dark Match, Huge 10-Man Tag Added to Tonight’s Show

Samoa Joe Kills a Man Before Smackdown

Prior to the start of this week’s WWE Smackdown Live, the “Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe lived up to his moniker by attacking Tye Dillinger and putting him to sleep with a brutal rear naked choke on the entrance ramp. The segment was for the live crowd in Manchester, NH and did not air on television.

Interestingly, WWE has posted the footage from the dark match spot on Twitter, which may be leading to a match on next week’s show, or even a second bout added to this weekend’s WWE Extreme Rules kickoff show. The two were set to battle on tonight’s episode of Smackdown, but it’s now being reported that the bout is “in question”. Check out the footage below.

10-Man Chaos Added to Smackdown

In case you missed it, Smackdown General Manager Paige has issued a massive 10-man tag team for tonight’s blue brand main event. Just five days before Team Hell No challenges for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships at Extreme Rules, they will team with all three members of The New Day in a collasal battle against The Bludgeon Brothers and all three members of Sanity.

As announced earlier this afternoon, an unexpected Tables Match between The New Day and Sanity has been added to the Extreme Rules kickoff show… for some reason.
