Manchester United “most determined” to sign Tanguy N’Dombélé

Premier League outfit Manchester United are cited as the club that is “most determined” to sign Lyon midfielder Tanguy N’Dombélé by France Football.

Lyon President Aulas already turned down a €40m offer from Tottenham Hotspur and a €50m proposal from Manchester City this summer. The 21-year-old’s entourage have also been in talks with PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique since 6 months ago, and he is a player who Les Parisiens are monitoring very closely with Adrien Rabiot’s future increasingly likely to be away from the capital.

In the Premier League, all the big names are there, with Pep Guardiola looking to add dynamism to Manchester City’s midfield, Chelsea being big fans of the player and especially Manchester United, who are “the most determined” to sign N’Dombélé at the time of writing, according to the outlet.

The Red Devils have the financial capacity to attract the Frenchman, but if they are unable to offer Champions’ League football, then that could massively work against them.

The unclear future of José Mourinho also adds a spanner into the works.
