FC Metz have completed the six-month loan signing of former midfielder Georges Mandjeck, who left for Sparta Prague just last summer.

The Cameroon international, who departed for around €1.3m in July, made only 13 appearances during his time in the Czech Republic.

The 29-year-old featured 57 times for Metz in his previous two-year stint, and will now aim to build on his tally with some refreshing first-team football.
