The Windsor Running Festival returns to the Great Park this September. Hosting both a 10k race and half marathon, the festival is a great event for all ages and abilities

This is one of the most picturesque half marathons in the country, The Windsor Half Marathon course provides runners with fantastic views throughout the 13 miles including Saville Garden, the Windsor Polo Fields, the Statue of George III, the Deer Park and the Jubilee Statue of Queen Elizabeth – with runners enjoying the iconic finish down The Long Walk with all the beauty of Windsor Castle in the distance.

This year’s festival has a particular focus on family participation. The Women’s 10k will include the ‘Generation Game’, encouraging mothers and daughters to run together, with prizes for the pair that cross the line with the fastest combined time.
