This procedure follows reports of hate tweets transmitted by the Pharos platform to the online anti-hatred hotline of the public prosecutor’s office, according to a source familiar with the matter. A number of messages from accounts that have since been shut down appeared to target Kylian Mbappé following his penalty shootout miss.
